This apartment is situated across the road from the Funchal botanical gardens and the cable car to Monte. It affords magnificent views of the harbour, city and mountains. The apartment is situated in the Funchal suburb of Santa Maria Maior about 2.5 kilometres to the city centre and is well served by the local buses (the bus stop just outside the apartment complex), which take approximately ten minutes into the city. Ample, free street parking is always available. Local shops are within a few minutes drive and include a chemist, bakery, etc. It is also ten minutes drive from the golf course. The owner of the apartment provides a meet and greet service, including transport to the local supermarket on arrival, maps and explanations of the island.

Payment Terms
50% deposit of the total price is paid on reservation and the remaining balance 2 months before arrival.
We will send you a reminder of the due balance and let you know when it has arrived.
Prices
For two people €350 per week (€50 per night), with additional €6 per night for each additional person. Christmas week (22nd – 28th December) and New Year week (29th December to 4th January 2010) will be €450 per week for two people.
